OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Marwa Construction, LLC is a general contractor who subcontracts to various residential home builders. Please be advised that Marwa Construction, LLC employees and subcontractors are permitted to perform work and deliver materials so that Marwa Construction, LLC can continue construction of residential homes pursuant to the exemptions set forth in the orders placed in the below-mentioned counties and is authorized under applicable Government orders.
The health and safety of our employees, public, and team members are of importance to us and therefore are taking all the below-mentioned precautions. Each employee and team member will be issued an “Exempt Industry Employee ID Card” to provide verification of their construction service.

Under CDC recommendations, Collin, Dallas, and Tarrant Counties have issued “stay home” orders. All individuals currently living in these counties are ordered to cease all activities at facilities located within the county; however, some Essential Businesses are exempt from these orders. Essential Critical Infrastructure – including residential construction – is deemed part of the essential services that can continue to operate while implementing the precautions listed below:

Screening Precautions to Protect Employees

Suspend non-essential employee travel

Ensure employees social distancing and do not work within six feet of one another

Urge essential employees to stay home when they are sick and maximize flexibility in sick leave benefits

Do not require a doctor’s note for employees who are sick

Persons who need to be at work to provide essential services of great benefit to the community must take steps in their workplace to minimize risk
